1PIC provides AI-assisted resume and profile photo previews and paid final downloads in the official app. Purchases and refunds are handled under the applicable app marketplace policy.
01. Before purchase
You may stop using the service at any time before starting a purchase.
02. Before final delivery
If the final digital file has not been generated or delivered, you may request cancellation or a refund under the applicable marketplace policy.
03. After delivery
Once the final file or print sheet has been generated or saved, a change-of-mind refund may be restricted because delivery of the digital content has been completed.
04. Service faults
If a system fault, damaged file, or saving failure attributable to 1PIC is confirmed, we will provide regeneration support or refund guidance.
