1PIC processes only the information needed to operate the service. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to admin@kcrew.co.kr.

02. Data processed

We may process support emails, purchase identifiers, an anonymous app installation identifier, preview usage counts, access logs, uploaded photos, selected photo purpose, outfit choices, and adjustment values.

03. AI image processing

For AI preview generation and quality checks, the original photo, generated result, and generation instructions are sent to the Google Gemini API. We do not create or retain facial recognition templates.

04. Free preview limits

The anonymous installation identifier and network information are used to limit free AI previews to 1 per day and 3 per month. Changing the photo does not reset the allowance. Failed generations and quality rejections do not count.

05. Retention and recovery

For new jobs from September 6, 2026, unpaid photos and job records expire after 24 hours. Paid photos, AI masters and recovery records are retained for 30 days from the first server payment verification; retries do not extend this period. Recovery requires the original purchase or protected download authorization. Access stops at expiry; physical deletion runs in scheduled cleanup and may be delayed if the scheduler is unavailable. Older jobs with missing records require support review. Photos already saved on your device are not deleted by server expiry. Store consumables do not guarantee recovery after reinstalling or on another device.

06. Deletion requests

After we verify your deletion request, server photos and recovery authorization are erased. Minimal payment and anti-reuse records are kept separately where required. Contact admin@kcrew.co.kr with your order or job ID; never send a raw purchase token. Device copies and store purchase history must be managed separately.
