1PIC provides AI-assisted resume and profile photo previews and paid final downloads in the official app. These terms govern the 1PIC website and app service.
01. Service
Users can upload a photo, select a purpose and adjustments, and create an AI preview. Free AI previews are limited to 1 per day and 3 per month, and changing the photo does not reset the allowance.
02. User responsibility
Only upload photos you are authorized to use. Do not infringe another person’s portrait, copyright, or privacy rights.
03. Prohibited use
Illegal imagery, impersonation, document forgery, attempts to bypass service controls, and misuse claiming guaranteed passport or visa acceptance are prohibited.
04. Limitations
Results may be delayed or restricted by original photo quality, AI service availability, or app service status. 1PIC does not guarantee acceptance by any authority or employer.
