1PIC processes only the information needed to operate the service. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to admin@kcrew.co.kr.

02. Data processed

We may process support emails, purchase identifiers, an anonymous app installation identifier, preview usage counts, access logs, uploaded photos, selected photo purpose, outfit choices, and adjustment values.

03. AI image processing

For AI preview generation and quality checks, the original photo, generated result, and generation instructions are sent to the Google Gemini API. We do not create or retain facial recognition templates.

04. Free preview limits

The anonymous installation identifier and network information are used to limit free AI previews to 1 per day and 3 per month. Changing the photo does not reset the allowance. Failed generations and quality rejections do not count.

05. Retention and deletion

Uploads and previews are retained only as needed to provide the service and handle support. Legally required purchase and dispute records may be retained separately. Eligible data is deleted upon a verified request.
